Why we collect it
We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to provide real estate information and services you requested — such as answering questions about buying, selling, relocating, or investing in the South Okanagan and elsewhere in British Columbia.
How it is stored and accessed
Contact form submissions are delivered to Pat’s form inbox via Formspree (formspree.io). Messages are then handled through Pat’s business email and phone workflows.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use form submissions for unrelated third-party marketing lists.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask for an update or deletion of inquiry data we hold about you, subject to any records we must keep for legal, regulatory, or brokerage compliance reasons.
