Pat’s background in carpentry and renovations, accompanied by a vast knowledge of property investment makes him an easy choice for his clients. A proud family man, Pat his wife and two children often enjoy spending time together outdoors, fishing, boating and camping. Pat’s family has been a part of many Vancouver communities, including Downtown, East Vancouver, Surrey and various municipalities within the Tri-Cities area for the majority of their lives. Today, they call the Tri-Cities home.
